The LZ type elastic column pin toothed coupling is a column pin made of several non-metallic materials, which is placed in the mating hole between the two halves of the coupling and the inner surface of the outer ring. The torque is transmitted through the column pin to achieve the connection of the two halves of the coupling.
(1) The transmission torque is large, and at the same torque, the rotation diameter is mostly smaller than that of the gear coupling, with small volume and light weight, which can partially replace the gear coupling.  
(2) Compared with gear couplings, they have a simple structure, fewer components, and are more convenient to manufacture, without the need for gear machining machines.  
(3) Easy to maintain, with a longer lifespan, the nylon pin can be replaced by removing the baffle.  
(4) Nylon column pins are self lubricating materials that do not require lubrication, which not only saves lubricating oil but also purifies the working environment.
