Characteristics of LZZ type elastic column pin tooth coupling with brake wheel:
(1) The transmission torque is large, and at the same torque, the rotation diameter is mostly smaller than that of the gear coupling, with small volume and light weight, which can partially replace the gear coupling.
(2) Compared with gear couplings, elastic pin gear couplings have a simple structure, fewer components, and are more convenient to manufacture, without the need for gear processing machines.
(3) The elastic pin toothed coupling is easy to maintain and has a long service life. The nylon pin can be replaced by removing the gear plate.
(4) The nylon pin of the elastic pin toothed coupling is a self-lubricating material that does not require lubrication. It not only saves lubricating oil, but also purifies the working environment.
(5) The vibration damping kinetic energy of the elastic column pin toothed coupling is poor, and the noise is relatively high.
