The LMZ-I (formerly MLL-I) split type brake wheel plum blossom shaped elastic coupling is composed of two half couplings with the same convex claw shape and elastic elements. The plum blossom shaped elastic element is placed between the convex claws of the two half couplings to achieve the connection of the two half couplings.
The LMZ-I (formerly MLL-I) split type brake wheel plum blossom shaped elastic coupling has the characteristics of compensating for relative displacement between two axes, vibration reduction, buffering, small radial size, simple structure, no need for lubrication, high load-bearing capacity, and convenient maintenance. However, when replacing elastic components, the two halves of the coupling need to move along the axis.
The LMZ-I (formerly MLL-I) split type brake wheel plum blossom shaped elastic coupling is suitable for connecting two coaxial lines, frequent starting, forward and reverse changes, medium and low speed, medium and small power transmission shaft systems, and working parts that require operation. It is not suitable for heavy loads, areas with limited axial dimensions, and areas where it is difficult to center the two axes after replacing elastic components.

Note:1. Calculate the approximate values of mass and moment of inertia based on the minimum shaft hole extracted from L.
2. The diameter of the shaft hole marked with * can be used for Z-type and J-type shaft holes.
3. A and B are the hardness codes for the two materials.
4. L. The total length of the coupling when both ends of the shaft holes are L4 in length.
