The JQ type clamp coupling has no elastic body in the middle and is usually used for lifting. There is a lifting ring in the middle to lift the shafts at both ends, and the diameter of the shaft hole is the diameter. Generally used for vertical installation, the middle part is slotted with suspension rings to clamp the shaft heads of the equipment at both ends to transmit torque.
The JQ type clamp coupling is used for connecting the two mixing shafts of a reactor when the mixing shaft is too long and manufactured in two sections. If a clamp coupling is selected for connecting the output shaft of a vertical reducer with the mixing shaft of the reactor, it needs to be proposed during ordering to meet non-standard requirements for the size of the output shaft.
