Structural features:
Snake shaped spring coupling, also known as vibration damping coupling, is a metal elastic coupling. Consisting of two steel hubs and a high-strength serpentine shape
Composed of a spring, two seals, and a housing. The coupling is embedded in the grooves of the two halves of the coupling by a serpentine spring plate axially, achieving the connection between the main and driven shafts.
By relying on the circumferential force exerted by the teeth of the driving edge on the spring, the driven edge is driven to transmit torque. The spring can slide in the lubricating hub groove, overcoming the alignment error and axial runout of the two axes.
Effectively absorb impact loads and reduce vibration.
