LT elastic sleeve column pin coupling belongs to non-metallic elastic element flexible coupling, which is structurally similar to flange coupling. However, the connection between two half couplings does not require bolts and instead uses column pins with rubber or leather sleeves to achieve the connection between the two half couplings.
The structure of the LT elastic sleeve column pin coupling is relatively simple, easy to manufacture, does not require lubrication, does not need to be bonded with metal vulcanization, is convenient to replace the elastic sleeve, does not need to move the half coupling, and has good compensation for the relative deviation of the two axes and vibration damping and buffering performance. Elastic sleeve work is subjected to compression deformation. Due to the thin thickness and small volume of the elastic sleeve, the elastic deformation is limited. Therefore, although the elastic column pin sleeve coupling can compensate for axis displacement and elasticity, the allowable compensation amount for axis displacement is relatively small, and the elasticity is weak. The elastic sleeve pin coupling relies on the locking force of the pin group to generate friction torque on the contact surface, and compresses the rubber elastic sleeve to transmit torque. Suitable for transmission of small and medium-sized water pumps with high speed, good installation base rigidity, high alignment accuracy, low impact load, and low vibration reduction requirements.
