The main characteristics of JMI type diaphragm couplings

1. Compensating for misalignment of the two axes allows for a double increase in angular displacement compared to a toothed coupling, with less reaction force and greater flexibility during radial displacement, allowing for larger axial, radial, and angular displacements.

2. It has obvious shock absorption effect, no noise, and no wear.

3. Transmission. Especially suitable for medium to high speed high-power transmission.

4. Suitable for working in high temperatures (-80+300) and harsh environments, and able to operate under conditions of impact and vibration.

5. Simple structure, light weight, small volume, and convenient installation and disassembly. It can be assembled and disassembled without moving the machine (referring to the type with intermediate shaft), without lubrication.

6. It can accurately transmit the speed and operate without any slip, and can be used for mechanical transmission. JMI type diaphragm couplings are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, power, shipbuilding, lifting and transportation, textile, light industry, agricultural machinery, printing machinery, water pumps, fans, machine tools, etc. to transmit power in mechanical equipment
